Out of frustration, I walked in to Sotheby’s and met Joe Boudre, who is the only agent who presented to us off market properties, not in the MLS, that he found by literally knocking on the doors of homes that we liked, and researched expired listings.  The bottom line, after working with numerous Montecito agents for months on end, Joe accomplished in a matter of weeks what no other agent could.  He paid close attention our needs and set out to find us exactly what we were looking for, in a matter of weeks not months.  He did not waste our time showing us homes that did not fit our needs.  In fact, he showed us only two homes.  Neither of which was on the open market.

Once we identified the home we wanted, Joe worked diligently to put the deal together and closed quickly; within 15 days from start to finish.  Joe always answered his cell phone when we called, and or returned calls quickly.  When we experienced problems, Joe took responsibility and worked effectively to get the issues resolved in a professional and timely manor.  He is hard working, ethical, and miles ahead of his competition here in Montecito. 

Over the years, I have purchased and sold numerous homes. Joe has been absolutely the best realtor that I have ever done business with in Montecito, or anywhere for that matter.  Working with Joe Boudre would be the smartest move that you could ever make.
