About Joe

Thank you very much for taking the time to check out my profile. I was born into the real estate
business in 1959. My uncle was a prominent San Francisco developer, and both of my parents
were in the real estate business. My father was also a building contractor and from a very early
age, I knew exactly what I wanted to do when I grew up. While other kids were outside playing,
I remember studying detailed blueprints, real estate contracts, and soils engineer reports.

After obtaining my real estate license in 1977, l quickly rose to the top 1% of realtors in the San
Francisco Bay Area, securing total production figures in the billions of dollars. With my
experience and a proven track record of marketing and selling multi-million dollar luxury homes,
equestrian ranches, boutique wineries and commercial properties, my expertise is unsurpassed.

With a uniquely deep perspective of the world of real estate, art, and design, my life work has
been dedicated to a career doing what I love and building relationships with some amazing
people that I have met along the way. It has been a very rewarding and fulfilling journey.
